Charlotte Payne

Charlotte joined the Fareham Residential Conveyancing team in May 2018 as a File Opener and Administrative Assistant. On the 1st of October 2021, Charlotte returned to the Fareham team when she began her Period of Recognised Training. In August 2023, Charlotte completed her training, becoming a fully qualified Solicitor and currently works in our Portsmouth Commercial Property team. 

Charlotte achieved a First-Class Honours in her undergraduate Law course at Winchester University and, in 2018, received a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University.

In her role, Charlotte works with a vast range of businesses, assisting them in buying and selling property, land and commercial premises. Day-to-day jobs include file opening, raising and processing legal documentation, and updating clients on the progress of their sale.
