As a HR Manager of over 20 years, Cath understands the challenges HR professionals face daily. As a standalone HR Manager for a significant
time, Cath understands the feeling of professional isolation that can be experienced and so she has created a networking group and “safe space” for HR Professionals to share, learn and grow.

With the changes announced in the Employment Rights Act, many businesses may be looking to tighten up on their recruitment and induction processes, whilst this may be understandable, businesses will need to get the right balance between the risks to the business and the risk of alienating candidates. 

Christina will be sharing with us how employee journey mapping can help us to understand the end to end employee experience. We will be talking about how to carry out employee journey mapping, the importance of managing and measuring your employee experience and how it can support any DE&I activity.
