Amelia joined our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at Warner Goodman LLP in September 2018.

As an adept Paralegal, Amelia specialises in residential Landlord and Tenant disputes, providing tailored legal support to clients navigating complex property matters and ensuring efficient resolutions.

Since joining the firm, Amelia has completed her Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship and Paralegal Apprenticeship. Her dedication to the legal field was recognised at the 2024 National Paralegal Awards, where she received a Highly Commended accolade in the National Paralegal of the Year (South) category.

Amelia is highly skilled in a wide range of residential property litigation matters, offering expert guidance to landlords and tenants on possession claims, disrepair disputes, and trespass proceedings. She also advises on landlord obligations and assists in drafting Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements.
