Cath Dixon

Cath Dixon joined our Southampton-based Peace of Mind team in February 2023. She has worked in HR and employment law for over 20 years and was even a Peace of Mind client for ten years. Before joining our team permanently, Cath was self-employed and occasionally helped us with various HR matters. When the position of HR Consultant became available, we couldn't think of anyone better suited for the role.

Day to day, Cath provides hands-on support to Peace of Mind clients and the team with issues around HR. Cath's role within the firm is varied, but to get an idea, some of her jobs include; conducting grievance investigations, chairing disciplinary hearings, and providing mediation to employers/employees. Cath also provides training to Peace of Mind clients in various specialised areas, including HR Management and Employment Leadership.

Outside of work, Cath enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys hobbies and crafts, specifically card making, floristry, needle felting and creating doodles. (Cath is too modest to let us say, sketching or painting.) Cath is also a volunteer face painter and can often be found painting faces at local schools and community events.
