Celebrating the successful milestones of our employees is an important part of who we are as a firm, so we are sending our congratulations to Charlotte Payne who began her Period of Recognised Training with us on 1st October 2021.
It was in May 2018 when Charlotte first joined Warner Goodman working in the Residential Conveyancing department, initially in the Fareham office before moving to the Waterlooville office in 2020. Charlotte has an impressive academic history with a First Class Honours in her legal course from University of Winchester, as well as a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course from Bournemouth University.
Commencing her Period of Recognised Training, Charlotte will initially remain within the Residential Conveyancing team in Fareham, sharing her years of experience with her colleagues and adding value for her clients. During her two years, she will explore the other departments across the firm, including the Litigation and Commercial Property departments, expanding her knowledge further and broadening her skills before qualifying as a Solicitor.
Andy Munden, Managing Partner, commented about Charlotte’s promotion, “We are pleased that we are able to give Charlotte this opportunity to remain with the firm to progress her chosen career in law. We are extremely proud of all of the opportunities we can offer our employees regarding career development, whether that is through the Period of Recognised Training, Apprenticeships, CILEx or any other route they may choose. Charlotte has been an instrumental part of our Residential Conveyancing team for several years, including during the first couple of years after opening our Waterlooville office. I wish her every success over the next two years and look forward to seeing where her journey takes her.”
Charlotte commented, “I am pleased that I have been offered the opportunity to complete my Recognised Period of Training here at Warner Goodman. To be able to remain at the firm where I began my career means a great deal, as does the chance to remain in the Residential Conveyancing team in the short term, as I thrive on helping our clients to make their dream move and share their excitement about the next chapter of their lives with them. I am excited to see what the future holds for me and for the firm over the coming years.”
