Simon joined our Company Commercial team in November 2024, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in commercial law. Having studied Law at London University, Simon has dedicated his career to specialising in commercial law, working across various sectors and gaining a wealth of expertise in buying and selling businesses, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, and commercial contract work.

Simon’s passion lies in helping business owners navigate key decisions, whether it’s expanding their business, restructuring, or completing pivotal deals. His approach is focused on providing clear, strategic advice that helps his clients achieve their long-term goals.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He is also a keen golfer and an enthusiastic traveller who is always seeking new destinations to visit.
