Sheila Williams

Sheila joined the Employment department in March 2020, working specifically within the Document Audit team for our Peace of Mind members.  She graduated in 2018 from the University of Southampton with a degree in Law, and in 2016 achieved her BAH in History and Global Development Studies from Queen’s University in Canada, where Sheila is originally from.

In her role, Sheila supports her colleagues within the Peace of Mind team reviewing member documents, such as their employment contracts and staff handbooks to ensure they comply with current Employment Law legislation.  She is also an active contributor to content for our website and updates for our members.

Outside of work, Sheila has several hobbies including training in Jiu Jitsu, baking and reading mystery novels.
