Scorching Solicitors!

On the hottest day of the year so far, many of us probably spent Saturday on the beach, in the local park or trying to find a shady spot to cool down …but not the staff of Warner Goodman LLP!

A group of five solicitors and trainee solicitors decided to take part in LawNet’s 2013 Three Peaks Challenge.  The team set off on the morning of Saturday 13th July, passing beauty spots including High Spy fell, Derwent Fells, the waterfalls at Fleetwith before finishing off in Borrowdale, 14 miles and plenty of blisters later!

The team comprised of Jane Cox (Partner in the Private Client Department), Kevin Horn (Partner in the Family Department), Tabitha Cook (Solicitor in the Family Department), Alexandra Savage and Jonathan Biggins (both trainee solicitors), and despite possible heat stroke and potential mountain top falls, they all finished with a smile on their face…and enthusiasm for next years Challenge!!
