This weekend a team from Hampshire based law firm Warner Goodman LLP will swap their computers, mobile phones and business cards for walking boots, compasses and maps as they take on a challenge outside the world of law.
A group of six solicitors and trainee solicitors will be hiking through the Lake District as part of this years’ LawNet Challenge. The team will trek for 17 miles on Saturday 13th July, passing beauty spots including High Spy fell, Derwent Fells, the waterfalls at Fleetwith before finishing off in Borrowdale.
The firm haven’t entered a team into the annual LawNet Challenge since 2010, and so this years’ group, comprising of Jane Cox (Partner in the Private Client Department), Kevin Horn (Partner in the Family Department), Tabitha Cook (Solicitor in the Family Department), Naomi Hazlewood (Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department), Alexandra Savage and Jonathan Biggins (both trainee solicitors) are delighted to be flying the flag for Warner Goodman LLP.
To find out how the team gets on, visit our website www.warnergoodman.co.uk next week for pictures and comments! In the meantime, visit us for more details on those taking part, or to find out what other challenges we have faced through the years.
