Natasha was outstanding.  Professional, courteous and above all caring. Not just a client but a person. They took away significant stress potential.

Everyone makes you feel instantly at ease and the advice given is in plain English.

So many people are swift to complain these days; not many take time to compliment.  I try to do so where appropriate, but my recent dealings with your Emma Kemp have been above and beyond the level I expected and I find myself duty bound to report her actions to you.

She acted over the past two weeks for my (Southampton based) client in a very sensitive and last minute issue regarding an unfair dismissal settlement agreement and she was quite simply superb; her actions were professional and exemplary – she is a real credit to your company and to the profession as a whole.

I lacked the necessary legal qualifications to finalise this agreement, and frankly expected a rather different response to my urgent request, but she could not have been more helpful and understanding and was kind enough to compliment me on my own expertise in achieving the settlement (this is my 23rd case) – she had no idea of my background or expertise (I am an ex-council Chief Officer Head of Service Director and ex-CEO of largest Enterprise Agency Trust in the South West) and I fully expected to be treated as an amateur dabbling in legal matters.  I was so wrong.  Either that or I know too many solicitors who are far less professional than she.

I cannot thank her enough – the least I could do is commend her to you in the highest possible way.  You must be very proud and pleased to have such a professional, pleasant and extremely sharp member of staff (she picked up on a couple of items I had missed, and was extremely grateful she had done so).  I was so pleased to have picked your company – a quite random action – and shall certainly be using you again and indeed asking for Emma in person.

I do hope this will be kept on her file as she deserves far more than just thanks.  Please convey my feelings to whichever other senior management you deem appropriate.  I am delighted and am looking forward to working with Emma again in the future.
